Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Steal website and iOS app (the “Service”), operated by Mesibash LLC (“Steal”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Steal is

Steal is a discovery and alert service. It learns your taste and sizes and tells you when third-party retailers mark down items that may suit you. Steal does not sell clothing, does not hold inventory, and is not a party to any purchase you make. Every purchase is made with the retailer, under the retailer's own terms, prices, shipping and return policies.

Prices, availability and alerts

Prices and sizes shown in Steal come from retailers' published data and can change or sell out at any moment. We work hard to check availability before we alert you, but we cannot guarantee that an item is still available, still in your size, or still at the price shown when you reach the retailer. Alerts are suggestions, not offers.

Affiliate links and disclosure

When you open a retailer through Steal, we may use an affiliate link, and the retailer may pay us a commission if you buy. This does not change the price you pay. We show the retailer's own prices and never apply or distribute discount codes.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Steal.
• Keep your sign-in credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information about yourself. Steal works only as well as what you tell it.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy, resell or redistribute content or data from the Service; do not interfere with or reverse engineer it; do not use it for anything unlawful or to harm retailers, brands or other users. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Content and intellectual property

Product images, names and trademarks belong to their respective brands and retailers and are shown to identify the items. Steal's software, design and the way it organizes information belong to Mesibash LLC. Nothing here grants you rights in either beyond using the Service as intended. If you believe content in Steal infringes your rights, email hello@stealapp.ai and we will respond promptly.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for purchases you make with retailers, or for any amount exceeding the greater of what you paid us in the past twelve months or fifty US dollars.

Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend it for maintenance or discontinue it with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law gives you the right to a different forum.
